The CHRO Roundtable Sessions are high level, interactive, dialogue-driven sessions led by an elite group of global authorities. Amy C. Edmondson is the Novartis Professor of Leadership and Management at the Harvard Business School. She teaches and writes on leadership, teaming and organizational learning, and she is best known for her pioneering work on psychological safety. She is the author of Extreme Teaming: Lessons in Complex, Cross-sector Leadership (2017). Amy has also ranked four times on Thinkers50, most recently at #13 in 2017.

Dave Ulrich

The Father of Modern HR, Professor of Business, Ross School of Business, University of Michigan

Dave is a Professor of Business at the University of Michigan and a partner at the RBL Group, a consulting firm focused on helping organizations and leaders deliver value. Dave studies how organizations build capabilities of speed, learning, collaboration, accountability, talent, and leadership through leveraging human resources.

Deborah Rowland

Pioneer thinker, practitioner, author in leading change. Former CHRO, BBC Worldwide

Co-author of Sustaining Change: Leadership That Works (Wiley, 2008),  and Still Moving: How to Lead Mindful Change (Wiley, 2017), Deborah is a leading thinker, speaker, writer, coach and practitioner in the field of leading large complex change. She has personally led change in major global organizations including; Shell, Gucci Group, BBC Worldwide and PepsiCo. She works alongside CEOs and their Executive Teams helping them to navigate large scale transformation efforts.

Dave Forman

David is the author of Fearless HR and former Chief Learning Officer of The Human Capital Institute. He is an accomplished HR subject matter expert, who has written more than 40 articles on; talent management, analytics, strategic human resources, learning systems, high-performance cultures and leadership in addition to speaking frequently at international events.

Mark Mortensen

Associate Professor, Area Chair of Organisational Behaviour, INSEAD

Mark Mortensen is an associate professor and the chair of the Organizational Behaviour Area at INSEAD. He researches, teaches, and consults on issues of collaboration, organizational design, new ways of working, and leadership.
