Dave is a Professor of Business at the University of Michigan and a partner at the RBL Group, a consulting firm focused on helping organizations and leaders deliver value. Dave studies how organizations build capabilities of speed, learning, collaboration, accountability, talent, and leadership through leveraging human resources.

Veronica Hope Hailey

University Vice President and Dean - School of Management, University of Bath

Veronica is the Vice President of Corporate Relations and Dean of the School of Management at the University of Bath. She researches teaches and consults in the areas of strategic change and HR strategy on an international basis. Currently, she has a strong research and consulting interest on the issues of ” trust” and “trust repair” within the workplace and society in general.

Jason Averbrook

CEO & Co-Founder at Leapgen, Thought Leader, Author, Futurist.

Jason is a leading analyst, thought leader and consultant in the area of HR, the future of work and the impact technology has on that future. He has more than 25 years of experience in the HR and technology industries, and has collaborated with industry-leading companies in transforming their HR organizations into strategic partners. He is also the author two books: HR from Now to Next, and The Ultimate Guide to a Digital Workforce Experience.

Julian Birkinshaw

Professor at London business school and Education Management Consultant

Julian is a Professor and Deputy Dean at London Business School. He is also the Director of Temporall, a management consulting firm dedicated to helping advise executives on how to navigate culture, digital technology, performance, and innovation in the new business world. e.

Adrian Furnham

Professor of Psychology at University College London

Adrian is currently a Professor of Psychology at University College London. He has lectured widely abroad and held scholarships and visiting professorships numerous schools. He has written over 1000 scientific papers and authored 70 books. Adrian believes work is more fun than fun and considers himself to be a well-adjusted workaholic.

Ingrid Eras Magdalena

EVP Chief HR Officer at Belmond

Ingrid is the EVP and CHRO at Belmond. In this role, she is responsible for overseeing HR, L&D and CSR activities for the organization. Ingrid has a wealth of experience in HR, Operations, Organisation Learning, and Design as well as M&A. She has worked and lived in a variety of countries, in multiple organizations, and multiple industries, especially hospitality – including time with Le Meridien, Sheraton, and Starwood.

Ehab Hafez

Sr. Manager - Global Talent Acquisition CoE at PepsiCo

Ehab is currently the global project manager leading the expansion and rollout of PepsiCo’s TA technologies, such as automated screening & interviewing platforms, and closely partners with global Talent Management regarding selection assessment tools. He has previously held senior HR roles in PepsiCo throughout the MENA and North American markets.

Lidewey van De Sluis

Professor van der Sluis is a senior Talent Management and Leadership Development specialist and an academic practitioner with business and economic background. She is a thought leader in labor relations, strategic talent management, professional leadership, management learning, and talent development, as well as an external business partner of executives in HR companies, healthcare organizations, educational institutions and the hospitality sector.

Claude Silver

Chief Heart Officer at VaynerMedia (HR/People)
Claude is an emotional optimist, coach, manager, and mentor. As the first ever Chief Heart Officer, she leads the people practices at VaynerMedia. Claude works for 800 Humans and is in touch with the heartbeat of every single person in the company. She has previously held senior positions in Digital, Strategy, Operations, and Client services in multiple international locations for different organizations.

Shane Cragun

Founding Principal, CEO, Author, Advisor at SweetmanCragun Group
Shane is the CEO and Founding Principal of SweetmanCragun Group, a global leadership development firm. His writing, client work, and keynotes focus on leadership, disruption, strategy, and change. He has a deep understanding of the Digital Age and how individuals, teams, and organizations can achieve excellence in tumultuous times. He is also the co-author of Reinvention: Accelerating Results in the Age of Disruption.

Anna Tavis

Anna is a researcher, writer, speaker, global educator and coach focusing on the Future of Work. Her passion is to develop innovative approaches to Talent and Organizations and help discover a higher purpose for the next economy. Anna teaches at New York University and lectures globally.
